A Conversation with Thomas “THOS” Carson of Bear Flag Fish Company

Our guest this week grew up in and on the water. Growing up having a family boat, life revolved around fishing. From scrubber, deck hand, to chef, second captain, and eventually captain, he has done it all. With years of experiences in the restaurant industry and working under great a chef like “Tim Johnson” at Zenbu Sushi….. It is to no surprise that he now has a restaurant and named after his Dad’s Boat “Bear Flag”. It is one of our favorite places to go eat at and highly recommend visiting one of their 3 locations… we welcome Bear Flag Fish Co, owner Thomas “Thos” Carson to the show.
