Scott VanDerripe had already taken a risk of leaving a great career in the aero space industry and launched a successful brand, Split. So why leave that behind and start all over again to pioneer a new brand in the skate industry!? Because of Vandernomics.
There are so many brands that have come and gone. To create a successful company, so many things have to be aligned and sometimes luck plays a vital role. So to pull off one successful venture is amazing and many people are content after such an accomplishment. But some also love the challenge and want more, and Scott VanDerripe is part of that “some.” He and his cohorts pulled off another brand, KR3W Denim, that changed the game in the skate industry.
