Our guest this week is an industry powerhouse and serial entrepreneur. From his early days as a Quiksilver team rider, he forged important relationships that eventually landed him a long career with the Brand. As a UCSB and USC Marshall School of Business graduate, Quiksilver was lucky to snatch this guy up. He held a variety of key jobs over many years; SVP of Business Development under Danny Kwock, Chief Operating Officer – COO, and then President of the Americas. Since Departing from Quiksilver in 2015 he has been gone off on his own. Co-owner or Ampla Shoes, U.S. Distributor for Need Essentials, Founder of Santa Barbara Ice Bath, and his new Company “Colby +”. We are pumped to sit down with this Stud Mr. Rob Colby!!
