DOC aka @jeffdoclausch was born in San Diego but raised in Fountain Valley. He had an older brother who was well connected in the local surf scene and introduced DOC to surfing. His brother worked at the world renowned Plastic Fantastic surfboard factory. This is where DOC fell in love with the art of creating surfboards.
