Our guest this week is a true industry veteran with nearly 40 years in the surf world under his belt. He got his first industry gig in high school managing the Carl Hayward Surfboards Shop. Later, he went on to holding key sales roles with some of the biggest names in the game, including Dragon Alliance, Trac-Top, Sims Snowboards, Counter Culture, Nixon, and Reef. But there’s one brand he’s stuck with through thick and thin, where his experience has spanned from sales to design director. He’s truly an expert when it comes to wetsuits.
